Utilization Of Rainwater Resources Of Xi'an City

With the shortage of water resources and the speed up of the urbanization process,both at home and abroad develop the use of rainwater resources extensively in the past 30 years.UNESCO consider China as the "water shortage country",but the use of rainwater resources in the city has not been enough attention to our country,It has a big gap compared with developed countries whether in theory or practice of the application.Xi'an as a national city in large-scale development of the north-west of China,it is significative to carry out the promotion of rainwater utilization of resources,however,it has not been carried out the use of rainwater resources on local significance actually.The starting points of this thesis are to the analyse a way of the use of rainwater resources fit in with Xi'an City,and explore a new way of the use of rainwater resources,to enrich the study Of the rainwater resources' using.At the same time,it can provide appropriate reference and recommendations for the Government of Xi'an in the use of rainwater resources.The following are main elements:First of all,introduce the hodiernal research of the rainwater resources' using at home and abraod manifestations and introduce the advanced experience of rainwater resources in laws and regulations on foreign;Secondly,detailedly analyse the feasibility of utilization of rainwater in Xi'an on some aspects,such as rainfall gross, soil and hypsography,area,diffiuence of rain and waste water,science and technology strength;Thirdly,on the basic of the experience and enlightenment of the use of rainwater resources at home and abroad propose three patterns of the use of rainwater resources in Xi'an,that is:utilization of vulcanize road surface rain, utilization of roof and utilization of rain in borough;Finally,Though the analyse of technic and economy and combine the practical calculate to educe the optimum reservoir volume.At present,articles published on the use of rainwater resources almost put attention on the technical level of resource utilization.In this paper,some main conclusions drawn:Represented in Xi'an,put the utilization of rainwater on technical aspects on engineering practific,bring up appropriate engineering pattern of utilization of rainwater fit in with Xi'an,analyse the utilization of vulcanize road surface rain and integrative use of rainwater in borough of educe the optimum reservoir volume through the simulation.
