The Establishment Of Traffic Flow Data Platform And Statistical Analysis Based On Vehicle License Plate Recognition

Traffic flow data-processing is the basis of the traffic theory research,by supplying the basic data for traffic control and management,road capacity research,etc.This paper does the requirements analysis of traffic flow data-processing, studies and improves relevant arithmetic,and then provides a simple module of data sharing platform based on the J2EE framework,which integrates the traffic flow data's obtaining,processing and extracting.Next,the traffic flow data platform software system is set up,by using the traffic data of Shenzhen,which makes it easier to obtain the traffic flow's rate,density and speed and also verifies the reasonability of the relevant arithmetic's improvement effectively.In the following research,the paper proposes the concept and design procedure of "High-frequency Vehicles",which provide the references and theoretical foundation to limit the usage of the vehicles,towards the problem of utilizing the economical methods to limit the using rate of the vehicles.On the other hand,the concept and statistic evaluation of"Load Quantities" provide a relevant reasonable methods to evaluate the real load of the city's road traffic,which based on the vehicles' actual using data.This paper primarily focuses on the following tasks:1.Discussing the calculation of mean velocity based on the speed measurement principle of single-loop gun,and giving a new method to dynamically fetch the average effective vehicle length in order to reduce the error;2.Studying the method of traffic flow data filtration to remove the error data. Towards the filtered traffic flow data,the thesis discussed two traffic flow data compensation process towards the small data loss,and one data compensation process towards the large data loss which based on the similarity evaluation.3.Traffic flow data calculating examination based on historical traffic data; completing the software system of traffic flow data platform using B/S structure,including the data-loading interface;4.Expounding the concepts and calculation method of "High-frequency vehicle" and "the load volume and keeping numbers of cars".
