Tunnel adjacent rock displacement forecasting is the prediction of the adjacent rock displacement caused by the following-up construction based on the physical and mechanical parameters of rock mass,parameters of supporting structure and the displacement data measuring in site.By comparing several displacement forecasting method,this article introduce a intergrated artificial intelligence forecasting method.According to the uniform design theory,this article designed the parameter of the FLAC3D single-track railway tunnel model.FLAC3D model simulate the actual excavation of the tunnel to generate a large number of displacement data.This article adopt the BP Neural Network,General Regression Neural Network(GRNN) and improved evolutionary support vector machine algorithm to learn these displacement date in order to establish the nonlinear mapping relationship between the information of tunnel design and construction(the parameter of adjacent rock,the embedded depth of the tunnel,the excavation fashion,the parameters of the supporting structure) and the displacement value of the tunnel section.For any rock and supporting structure parameter,the displacement value can be determined by the established artificial intelligence models.Based on the predictive value of the three artificial intelligence methods,a intergrated artificial intelligence forecasting method has been generated.A set of weights can be given by the Genetic Algorithm;the final displacement forecasting is the weighted average of the three artificial intelligence methods' result.By the example of single-track railway tunnel,the feasibility and applying effect of the intergrated artificial intelligence forecasting method are discussed in this article,the results manifests that the intergrated artificial intelligence forecasting method developed in this article provide a convenient and practical analytical tool for tunnel adjacent rock displacement forecasting,and also is an intellectualized informational construction monitoring and controlling method.
