In this paper, the studying on the settlement of Jinan West Railway Station of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway which as Ministry of Railways research carried out for the object. At both ends of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway connecting the two larger economic zone of China - the Bohai economic zone and Shanghai-Nanjing-Hangzhou in the Yangtze River Delta economic zone, and its construction in the national economy is importance. Therefore, to study to better guide future construction will have a positive significance to the construction of high-speed railway.Based on the purpose, the magnetism settlement wreath and the settlement plank, the pressure gauge, the soil pressure box, liquid settlement systems etc is laid and used for the research of the deformation and settlement of subgrade, and the shares of stress between pile and soil which under the different depth, different cross section structure.The point of this thesis is the analysis and processing to the monitor result of the magnetism settlement wreath and carrying the subgrade's deformation which under different load, different depth, and different cross section width on analysis combined with the method of finite element calculation. And then come to the following conclusions which are significance for future engineering design:(1) The settlement impact depth of the lower layer which under a large area loading significantly increase compared to the general case of loading and beyond 2-3 times of The length of pile. This will be a reference for the future engineering design.(2) Whether the cross width and the pile length in the different areas ,we can have the following conclusions that, the settlement of the underlying stratum accounted for the main part of the total settlement and beyond 90% the total settlement amount.(3) At the junction of the 35m and 25m Pile, the settlement of the soil layer has a sudden decrease trend than the soil layer on both sides .This also explains that the upper structure has played a significant role in load-sharing, and makes the stress distribution of the lower soil into the form of an inverted triangle.
