Trusted Integrated Access System In The Intelligent Transportation System

With the rapid development of information technology and network technology,almost all enterprises have set up their own business or office network,at the same time,more and more network attack techniques have posed a great threat to network system.Intelligent transportation system is very important to traffic environment in Beijing,some small faults may also result in traffic congestion throughout the city and lead to great loss.Malicious codes such as computer viruses, trojan horses,spywares,and worms posed a great harm to Beijing traffic management network.How to build a safe and reliable computer network system is an urgent need to resolve.Trusted integrated access system is able to largely improve the computer network system security,trusted computing technology can effectively enhance the credibility and security of terminals,and then build a trusted network.Based on trusted computing technology,This paper presents the following two levels to build a trusted integrated access network.Firstly,establishing a trusted integrated access device.This paper designs and implements dynamic multi-path trust chain(DMPTC) in Linux,DMPTC protects the system from the beginning of the operating system,makes sure that integrated access device can run trusted executable codes only,and then ensures a trusted computing platform.Secondly,this paper presents a computing platform attestation module:Identity and Policy Based Attestation(IPBA),based on the IPBA,network access control can be achieved,which can substantially improve the integrated access system security.Research and related prototype show that DMPTC in Linux and IPBA is quite practical and useful.With those technologies,we can establish a trusted integrated access network and improve the security of Beijing intelligent transportation system.
