| With the development of national economy and a larger number of underground plans, piles are constructed in the pit bottom in many deep foundation pit projects. However, corresponding design countermeasure and perfect design theory are lacked at present. Consequently, in order to insure the safety of pile foundation adjacent to the soil slope, the research of pile bearing charters of pile groups adjacent to soil slope is significant.A practical example was carried out to investigate the mechanism of pile-soil interaction using the program of FLAC3D in this dissertation. Two numerical simulation model without or with loading are described to discuss the deformation principle of pile groups and stability of soil slope. The following results are reached.(1) The values of bending moments of pile adjacent to slope are much larger. The bending moments of pile decrease with increase of distance from slope. The bending moments of outside piles are bigger than inside piles with same distance from slope.(2) The lateral displacements of pile decrease with increasing distance to slope. The values are almost same among the pile with same distance to slope.(3) The settlement of pile nearest closed to slope is max. The lateral displacement decreases with the increase of distance from slope at pile top.(4) In the models subjected to self-weight loading, the value of shear stress of pile nearest closed to slope is max. The value decreases with increasing distance from slope. The value of axial force of pile decreases with distance from slope and increases with the depth. It reaches the maximum value at the bottom of pile.(5) The values of axial force are smaller in the top and the bottom row of cables than in the middle row of cables. For each cable, the value of axial force decreases with the increasing buried depth.(6) The maximum value of the shear strain is observed in upper of slope before the slope is reinforced by cables, but at the bottom of the supported slope. |
