Power ultrasound is an important branch of ultrasonics. In current,power ultrasound has played an important role in various departments of national economy.Ultrasonic cleaneing technology is changing,compared with other techniques, it has many advantages. In ultrasonic cleaneing,the transducer convert the power source into ultrasonic mechanical vibration,then,transmit the vibration to cleaning liquid. When ultrasonic wave is spread in cleaning liquid, cavitation effect will be happened, and this is also the physical principle of ultrasonic cleaning.Ultrasonic power supply is also known as ultrasonic generator,and its function is to transfer the power frequency electrical signal into ultrasonic frequency electrical signal to power the latter transducer, made it to reach resonant state. Ultrasonic cleaner mainly comprises three parts:ultrasonic power supply,ultrasonic transducer and cleaning trough.This paper is mainly studied on ultrasonic power supply.A good ultrasonic power supply should have the following properties:1. Can achieve frequency automatic tracking;2. Can self-regulate the output power;3. It has high efficient, low harmonic pollution and work safely and reliably;Based on this,the following work has been done:1. The main circuit system is researched,and it mainly includes the research and design of the input rectifier filter circuit, the BUCK DC chopper, the high-frequency transformer.2. The action of impedence matching in ultrasonic power supply is introduced, the working principle of ultrasonic vibration is analyzed, and the needed ultrasonic power supply matching network is designed.3. The control system based on ultrasonic cleaner power supply is designed. The hardware circuit mainly comprised of the minimum system of MCU,PWM circuit, PFM circuit,signal sampling circuit;software such as frequency tracking subprogram and power regulation subprogram are compiled.4. After systematically analyzing the resource of probable various interfere of the ultrasonic power supply control system in normal work,interfere on the adverse effect of control system was pointed out.The measure of anti-interfere was taken from both software and hardware. 5. When the relevant circuit and software was designed,the experiment was done according to every part of circuit,and then the result is analyzed.6. The advice was given to the further research of the ultrasonic power supply, and laid a good foundation for the future development.
