The sulfate corrosion is one of affecting concrete structure durable important attributes. It is also one of the most complex, the hazardous biggest influencing factors. Generally the research which corrodes to the sulfate divides into the material level and the structure level. Obtaining from the material aspect, using wet and dry cycle test method, this topic obtains the best anti-sulfate corrosion performance proportioning of concrete according to quality changes and the strength changes of the concrete block. And using scanning electron microscope, this thesis microscopically analyzed and discussed concretes anti-sulfate corrosion performance to the corroded concretes test samples. Finally utilize this mixture ratio in the structure, disposing 5% and 10% density sodium sulfate solution with the vitriol oil sodium powder, corroding beam, after corroding period of time, this experiment took out the component, carried on the anti-curved bearing strength test, analyzed the change of component's concretes dehiscence, ultimate load and load-deflection curve, obtained the corrosion early time to the pre-stressed concrete structure performance influence, and has made the earlier period research work for the thorough expansion of the sulfate corroding to the concrete structure durability influence work. This thesis has discussed the following content with emphasis.1)Discuss the development and the present existence question of the domestic and foreign high performance concretes prospects.2)Spiking the pulverized coal ash and the superfine gangue powder in the concrete, manufacture high performance concretes, carry on the anti-sulfate experiment through acceleration testing method, obtain the most superior mixture ratio, and utilize in the concrete structure.3)Evaluate the compressive strength and the mass variation of concretes test sample which is corroded in the sodium sulfate solution.4)Analyze and discuss anti-sulfate corrosion performance of concretes to the corroded concretes test samples using scanning electron microscope.5)According to the foregoing result, manufacture the beam, carry on the sulfate corrosion, research the performance of beam in the graduation adds under Holland's condition, and contrast plain concrete beam in the same condition.6)Analyze the change of component's concretes dehiscence, ultimate load and load-deflection curve, obtains the corrosion early time to the pre-stressed concrete structure performance influence.
