With uninterrupted development of the electric power electron technology and the control technique,the application of electric power electron technology has already gone deep into to industrial production and the social life.But the electric power electronic device'switching action has caused large amount of harmonic and subharmonic components pouring into electric network, result in the distortion of voltage and current wave form of the AC network.Semiconductor device have replaced the traditional transformer that generates harmonics for its nonlinear ferromagnetic material of becoming the mainest harmonic source.The conventional commutation transformers are not able to suppress the harmonics because of the defect of its structure,the harmonics still affects AC network through the transformers.The new model commutation transformer has the fuctions of harmonic suppression and reactive-load compensation,but the conventional transformesr has not.Thus the new model commutation transformer has important research value. It has mainly done the following aspect job in this paper:(1) Rectifier transformer is the core equipment of electrolytic chemical system. The research on rectifier transformer include the structural design of the transformer, the introduction of the principle of rectification harmonic shielding, reactive power compensation in the chemical electrolysis system and harmonic suppression effects of the simulation with rectifier system based on the traditional comparative study of the transformer.(2) The study of filter's structure and parameters. The performance of filter decides whether the new model commutation transformer can shield the harmonics or not. This paper introduced a single-tuned filter, double-tuned filter and second-order high-pass filter structure and parameter design method, and carried out two types of simulation and experimental comparative study: the valve side accesss filter and it doesn't.(3) This paper discusses the measurement method of synchronization signal, in order to output rated current and rated voltage more accurately, this article emphasis based on the new, continuous and phase-locked frequency multiplier of the principles of tracking technology, give the specific design process, and draw the simulation results.(4) It introduces the principle of single neuron adaptive PID controller specific. The simulation model of steady flow system based on single neuron adaptive PID controller, compared with the simulation model of steady flow system based on the conventional PID algorithm.In short,This paper studies chemical electrolytic rectifier system based on the new rectifier transformer for the theoretical and applied research, through the comparative MATLAB simulation study of the rectifier transformer based on the new rectifier system and the chemical transmission system chemical electrolytic rectifier, the new rectifier transformer and filter system can effectively suppressed harmonics into the public power grid and at the same time filter plays the role of reactive power compensation, improve power factor the chemical electrolytic rectifier system ,it make that based on the new converter transformer rectifier system of electrolysis in the chemical industry has a wide application prospect.
