The application of system identification theory, wavelet analysis theory and clustering analysis theory in thermal modeling were studied, effect of performance of real-time database on the identification value of history data come form thermal process were analyzed and searching performance of improved simplex algorithm and differential evolution algorithm in thermal model identification were researched by simulation experiment. Using above theory or method, the models of vapor temperature of secondary superheater input to output, desuperheater spray water flow to main steam temperature, feed water to main steam pressure, fuel flow set value to main steam pressure and coordinated control object were identified with several operation data.
