Study On The Visual Software For Short Circuit Current Calculation Of Distribution Network

We need calculate short circuit current in the design of the electric power industry. If calculated by hand, it will be time-consuming and labor-intensive, and prone to error. The visual software on short-circuit current calculation of distribution network that has good human-computer interface can greatly reduce the labor intensity of power management, and improve the accuracy, productivity.In this paper, the evolution of computer graphics and visualization are introduced briefly. The principles and functions of developing a graphic platform are put forward. The graphic models have been designed with object-oriented technology and some major functions of graphics platform have been finished. The database that is used for saving date about graphic components has been designed. Injection method is used to calculate short-circuit current, and this paper has proved the accuracy of the software.
