CVT is a signal sampling device which is widely used to carry out an energy metering, measuring voltage and relay protection in high-voltage power network at home and abroad. As a result, the research about how to master the right harmonic voltage level and precise data through the CVT measuring and analyze the impact of CVT to harmonic measurement and propose the corresponding solution is of great significance.Simulation of the CVT's harmonic measurement distortion, and analyze the sensitivity of the main components parameters use of the steady-state circuit were conducted in the thesis. The transformation ratio characteristics have been simulated by using the high-frequency equivalent circuit, and the relationgship between the main stray capacitance's change and the change of CVT's pass band have been analyzed. At the same time, combining the engineering application, we propose to make use of the combination of experimental data with artificial neural network to correct the CVT's transformation ratio. This method can be used to monitor harmonic chronically through the CVT.
