Asynchronous motor's soft start research is an important research subject. This article take grades the discrete frequency theory as a foundation, has conducted the thorough research using mathematical analysis's method to the discrete frequency's sub-frequency system, summarized all sub-frequency system's voltage phase sequence situation as well as the most superior triggering angle. And has made the improvement to the traditional asynchronous motor soft start's main circuit structure, proposed from the low frequency to start the Discrete Frequency Surge Soft Start which divides five levels, moreover all levels of sub-frequency's starting can realize the most superior positive sequence voltage combination, has guaranteed the starting torque maximization. Through the simulation testing, had proven this method might while reduce the initial firing current to realize asynchronous machine's high torque to start, has confirmed this method validity and the feasibility. Based on the above research's achievement, this article introduced take the DSP TMS320LF2407 chip as the core soft start software and hardware design method. Finally proposed the forecast to this topic's further research.
