In this dissertation,wind speed disturbance is considered when wind farms connect to power system,and may arouse forced power oscillation.A mathematical model of wind power generation sets is established,which is applied to the load flow calculation of the system including wind farm with MATLAB language.The state matrix of the system is deduced with considering the dynamic behavior of the synchronous generator's excitation system.Eigenvalue analysis method is used to analysis the small signal stability.Through simulations with SIMULINK,the simulation results show that when the frequency of the wind speed disturbance is consistent with or close to power system natural oscillation frequency,it leads to forced power oscillation with high amplitude.The higher the amplitude of disturbance is,the larger the amplitude of transmission power oscillation.When the frequency and the amplitude are constant,the amplitude of power oscillation is reduced with enhancing the system damping after PSS control.
