Impacting and penetrating of projectile into concrete target is a complex course. The abilities and performance of projectile penetrating concrete, especially the dynamic behavior of penetration course is concerned in military fired about ammunition design and shield engineering. Penetration experiment is not easily observed and validated. Based on penetration mechanism theory analysis, penetration dynamic studies are commonly carried out by numerical simulation and analysis method under current technology condition. In this paper,we mainly finite element utilize the software to simulation the penetration experiment and analysis the acceleration characteristic of ammunition during penetration. The simulation value of strain and stress about charge explosive was got by rectifying the simulation model and program parameters. In addition, we know damage mechanism which were caused by different projectile shapes. Moreover the simulation data was acquired which were compared with experiment and compute results. Which can testify the feasibility of simulation, then provide the constructive advises for the common ammunition into the concrete target.First, The energetic materials constructive model and dynamic mechanics behavior of concrete were discussed. Base on the results which were researched and Normal Expansion Theory, we apply the H-J-C model to analysis the concrete. Then we adopt the nonlinear viscoelasticity model to simulation the charge by analyzing the constructive relation and damage evolution about PBX.Second, The rule of projectile into concrete was discussed. Then analyzing the load carrying capability or acceleration dimension of oval projectile and taper projectile separately. And the effect is represented which the shock wave cause to the concrete.Third, base on previous research results, we choose more reasonable theory model, combing test data and theory tendency of our task group. Simulation related to projectile penetrating semi-infinite concrete target are fully introduced. In this paper, we mainly finite element utilize the software to simulation the penetration experiment and analysis the acceleration characteristic of ammunition during penetration., the different acceleration about vary projectile shape are calculated during penetration, and the load carrying dates are also acquired; then comparing the deceleration in different curve of oval projectile then the charge is set in different position of projectile which deceleration data are carried ; the deceleration of taper projectile were compared which has different initial velocity with the Forrestal calculate model. it shows that the results are good agreement with the calculate result. Which can testify the feasibility of simulation, but the application of LS-DYNA code dynamic simulation of high speed penetration still has some faults.
