The rotational motion of missile can make the missible-borne camera image unsteady.Once the motion of missible becomes more violent,it will be impossible to gain the needed information from the collected images.The rotation eliminated platform of camera designed in this paper is able to isolate the rotational motion of missile,clearing and steading the collected images. And design despin platform of camera in two ways, one of which is motor rotation-eliminated method, another of which is electron rotation-eliminated method,then the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods are compared.The paper mainly introduced the design on structure and functions of motor rotation-eliminated method and the design of electron rotation-eliminated algorithm and the design of hardware. The followings are specific content:(1)The design on structure of motor rotation-eliminated: the important point is equipping electric conductive slip rings in order to realize the power supply of camera head and the transfer of video signals, and make all of the axis of devices coincide.(2)The design on function of motor rotation-eliminated: this part is completed mainly by single chip microcomputer, including the collection and solution of gyro signal. The despining is finished according to the solution, outputting relevant pulse to control rotation of stepping motor and driving camera.(3) Bring forward solutions of error which is caused by gyro and motor after doing experiments(4)The algorithm of electron rotation-eliminated is done by single chip microcomputer and FPGA. There are many correspondence signals and the algorithm is complex. The calculation of pixel address is done by MCU while FPGA is mainly used to access the pixel value.Besides, the paper introduces I~2C bus line control ways based on serial ports. It is convenient to allocate some devices register by combining RS232 and I~2C bus line. Finally, the device which occurs noise from rotation eliminated platform is analyzed and optimization design is posed.
