In this paper , a method of obtaining the RF pulse carrier frequency of single-pulse interresponder is introduced , the basis of the method is that the rings will be produced when the pulses pass through the narrowband filters. By one by one transforming frequencies and making the pulses pass through the narrowband filter , the duration of the ring will become longer in succession until the duration of the ring is far more than the duplicate period of pulse . After rectifying the signal, the RF pulse is changed into a lower frequency signal which can be accurately measured by the cymometer and the computer.This paper presents the technology innovation that the principle of the rings will be produced when the pulses pass through the narrowband filters, and then the RF pulses of C-band can be converted into the low measurable frequency signals. For these low frequency signals carry the information of the RF pulse carrier, the frequency and its variations of the RF pulse carrier can be tested by measuring the low frequency and its variations of the low frequency signals. So, the technology can be used to measure the frequency stability and the doppler frequency of the single-pulse interresponder.This paper presents a method of obtaining the RF carrier frequency. That is to say, we process the modulated RF pulses of C-band to obtain a single spectrum which frequency can be tested, which improve the frequency metrical precision of the RF pulses, and it also enhances the velocity precision of the single-pulse interresponder.The research has already been applied in the spaceship. Due to the velocity of the single-pulse interresponder as well as the spaceship can be precisely measured, it ensures the successful implement of the spaceship task.
