Water source VRF air conditioning system is a new generation of VRF air-conditioning system, a collection of VRF and water source heat pump, with incomparable advantages of the traditional air-conditioning systems . In this paper, the hybrid VRF air conditioning system with soil source and cooling tower is a new type of air-conditioning system, more energy-saving and environmental protection than the previous VRF air-conditioning system. The new type system is to improve the adaptability of soil source VRF air conditioning system, and overcome the system defect of using single-source in the building with great difference of hot and cold load, that is, around the underearth pipe to absorb heat and emissions can not balance , in the heat pump system based on year-round operation, it is difficult to maintain the original level of operating efficiency, and economy greatly discount. Under such circumstances, the annual cold load is greater than in the hot load of the region to consider the use of the hybrid system with soil source and cooling tower is very important and very necessary. At home and abroad against the hybrid system is not more than, in order to better understand this new type of air-conditioning system, put forward the issue, hoping for helping the system in our country's research and applications.Text as an example of the office building in the Nanjing area with the hybrid VRF air conditioning system with soil source and cooling tower, first of all , using DeST software to ansys a full year dynamic load ,and determine the optimal control strategy. and then ,against VRF and underearth pipe and cooling tower to set up mathematical models and simulation for getting the dynamic changes of EFT (Entering Fluid Temperature) , as well as getting energy consumption of this new type system under the corresponding cooling water temperature.Based on the mathematical model of systems ,using MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox to doing equipment optimal selection . finally, based on GBT18837-2002 air-conditioning (heat pump) system national standard of VRF air conditioning system, calculating IPLV. then using ANSYS software to do an environmental impact assessment, and further confirmed that the advantages of the new type air-conditioning system in the maintenance of the soil temperature field around the underearth pipe to balance.
