Intelligent Phase-controlled Switching(Synchronous Switching) high voltage switch can be utilized to minimize the switching over-voltages and high inrush currents in power systems, as well as to improve the overall power quality. It is a terminology applied to the principle of coordinating the instant of opening or closing of a circuit with specific target point on an associated voltage or current waveform. Controlled switching has become an economical solution and commonly used to reduce switching surges. In this paper, a detailed study in Phased Switching technology based on the current emerging high-performance electronic components, control devices and large-scale programmable technology, Put forward one kind all newly according to the design method of mutually control of the DSP switch control.The paper analyzes the domestic and overseas actuality of intelligent Phase-controlled Switching , illuminates the concept of intelligence and gives the analysis of working principle of intelligent Phase-controlled Switching. Studied to achieve the best algorithm, the synchronous closing for Permanent magnetic actuator is discussed in this paper. For automatic reclosing of power system simulation analysis, according to calculation, synchronous closing can reduce the value of current and over-voltage in the closing transient process. The closing of vacuum circuit breaker is taken as an example to analyze movement process of synchronous closing. It also analyzes the impact of pre-strike characteristic, environmental temperature and control voltage on synchronous closing. Research of permanent magnet actuator synchronous control technology and its implementation in this paper, Synchronous control technology, the key is the signal voltage and current zero-crossing detection, circuit breaker reclosing time calculated , the delay time of phase-shifting calculations. First of all, through the adaptive function and frequency narrow-band FIR band-pass filter on the grid signal pre-processing, linear interpolation calculation of zero-crossing signal; off-line training through the L-M based BP neural network algorithm for calculating the circuit breaker operating time; the use of MATLAB for circuit breaker closing time for modeling and simulation, draw at closing time and shift phase delay time, the use of Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to determine the frequency and phase signal. Introduced intelligent synchronization control system of vacuum circuit breaker permanent magnetic actuator based on DSP, for phase-controlled switching technology to lay a foundation for practical applications.DSP (digital signal processor) for intelligent control algorithm in the digital control provides a good research platform, this article is designed to TMS320LF2407A the core phase for the control of control unit hardware and software systems. Final, the intelligent control unit of circuit breaker PMA is designed based on CPLD technology, and a timing simulation, A phase control unit to verify the correctness of the design, the result show that the control unit is not only competent to complete the circuit breaker sub-gate operation, also with sub-gate voltage over-current functions.
