Connecting distributed generation supply system in the form of MicroGrid with distribution grid predicts the future of the development of power grid.Dynamic voltage restorer is introduced into MicroGrid not only to guarantee the power quality of important load,but also to avoid the frequent connections and disconnections of it with distribution grid.Meanwhile,operation scope of DVR running in MicroGrid is deduced in detail.After an analytical research on three traditional compensation methods of DVR, an optimized compensation method is proposed,which enables DVR to work along the boundary of working scope in order to minimize the difference between the sagged and pre-sag voltage,under the circumstance that DVR's pre-sag compensation couldn't be satisfied.Thus,a strategy is presented to strengthen DVR's capacity of compensation by increasing the injection of micro sources and simulation on PSCAD/EMTDC has been done to testify the usefulness of this strategy.
