With the energy and environmental issues is becoming increasingly serious,the development of electric vehicles has great potential.In electric vehicles in its motor-driven wheel driving force for efficient,responsive and has been taken seriously.This article on a small wheel hub motors for electric car research.The car battery as a power source to the last round of the wheel hub motor fitted,in addition to the complexity of the transmission,steering mechanism and replace them with wire, using wire operation.Line control operation,the current most promising is the FlexRay automotive bus.FlexRay bus with its high-speed,high-reliability automotive industry,great attention has been recognized as a new generation of following the car after the CAN network,in X-by-Wire will be a broad field of applications.Therefore,this paper as a wire communication system FlexRay bus.In order to reduce the weight of small cars to remove mechanical steering,the electronic differential control needed to achieve the shift function.In this paper,the electronic differential control strategy have been studied when the proposed small car in different situations(braking,driving straight,turning) the method of travel and to explore the fuzzy PID control in the electronic differential control.In this paper,I have designed a FlexRay bus node program which use freescale's HCS12 MCU named MC9S12DG128B as main controller,and gave the system's whole block diagram,the structure of connectivity hardware and software flow chart diagram,also have researched FlexRay bus controller MFR4310's configuration way. The whole hardware system use MC9S12DG128B as the core,use MFR4310 chip as the FlexRay bus controller,use TJA1080 as FlexRay bus transceiver.This program is simple to make up,and is benefit to carry out X-by-wire.
