A recovery system which can be applied on line plays an important role in restoring Loss of Load caused by fault and adjusting the operation of power grids in the best condition.The complexity of actual structure of the power grid puts forward very high requirements to the reliability and Portability of recovery system.In order to insure that applications of recovery system between the different power grid can to meet on the dispatcher's decision-making,the thesis made two improvements on the existing recovery system:First of all,The problems which are found in the process of running with the recovery of the system are solved after ascertaining the cause of the problem through corresponding software modules optimization. Visualization of data used by recovery system has been made further improvement,the data from the static Oracle database and running real-time database of fault system platform into text files.Secondly,In order to ensure security and stability of the grid after restoration,it is essential to eliminate the overload.According to the LANZHOU grid structure,the paper has developed a function module for the load transfer of island to solve the overload problem. The simulation result verifies the validity of the module part of the logic.
