Study On The Transformer Condition Monitoring Device Based On The Vibration And Noise

Transformer is one of the most important equipment in the power system.The health condition and the operation of a transformer will affect the safe operation of the power system directly.How to monitor,and analyze the vibration and noise of the running transformer attracted wide attention.In this work,we develop a device to monitor the operating of the transformer by measuring its vibration and noise,a virtual device technical was used and the hardware of the device is composed by suitable sensors,date collecting pad and industrial control computers;the software is based on LabVIEW virtual device developing platform which include the drive module of the collection pad,real-time date collecting and analysis module,date saving mode and date history recur module.The main function of the device is to monitor and analysis the vibration and noise signal,currents and voltages.Finally in this paper an experiments is present which is about the measurement of the noise of a transformer under the condition of normal operation and Bias magnetic circumstances.
