Condensation are one of the most important heat transfer process in such as chemical, power generation,heating systems,condensation heat transfer equipment,materials composed by a large number of metallic materials,The growth of metal material prices led to refrigeration equipment investment and operating costs increase.For large refrigeration equipment the cost of heat exchanger materials and durability are the impact of key factors in their investment.This article base on the characteristics of plastic film developed it as the possibility of new type of heat exchanger materials.Designed a plastic film tube steam condensation experimental device,set up a plastic film tube steam condensation heat transfer scalculation model and the corresponding vacuum system design and mathematical model.
