Along with the rapid and sound development of the national economy,the transport modernization in our country has already made great progress.A network system of traffic and transport,i.e.the state highway main lines with "five verticals and seven horizontals" as the backbone has begun to take shape.The construction of railway network is also developing vigorously.At the same time,the number of bridges across the river that connect traffic network between both banks is growing rapidly,which gradually connect the highway network and the railway network together.They are of vital significance to the development of transportation industry.However,the construction of bridges across the river can cause the navigable environment degradation in local waters,objectively forming a barrier and adding difficulties to the navigation,even cause the collision between ships and the bridge,in which both of them may be destroyed so it brings huge pressure on security supervision. While the number of bridges crossing the river unceasingly increases,the large scale inland river ships(team) and the single ships also navigate more and more frequently, the density of ship flow is increasing year by year.To diminish the negative effect of crossing river bridges to the shipping industry by the greatest extent,and to safeguard navigation of the ships in the bridge area,in the stage of designing bridge plan,the analytical study on the potential effect which could influence the navigation environment in bridge area,the comprehensive grasps of the tendency of ships when crossing a bridge and the influencing factors,the reasonable choices,the location of bridge site and the route clearance size then appear especially important..This article puts the main emphasis on the foundation of mathematical model, combining with the aquatic environment material,and uses the computation to determine whether each kind of ships(team) can pass a bridge area,whether the ships can meet with one another safely in the bridge area,then bringing forward a kind of effective method for studying the determination of route size of the bridge where the river is bend,at the same time,the essay also provides working methods for marine navigators when navigating inland rive in bridge area.
