Turbine as the original mover of thermal power generation and large vessel,its safety and durability greatly influence the safe and economic production.The reliability which is an important factor can be used to precisely evaluate the safety and durability of the steam turbine rotor system.The connecting bolts are the important components of the turbine rotor system and the reliability is one of the key factors in evaluating the reliability of the whole structure.In this paper,according to the turbine data provided by a factory,the stress of the bolts has been calculated and the reliability is obtained.By controlling and taking attention to the related impact factors,we can increace the reliability of the system efficiently.The main contents are as follows:1) Based on the related data provided by the factory,the pretightening calculation of the bolts has been done firstly.Then the stress concentration regions and the dangerous points have been found through the stress calculations of the bolts in the stable working condition.2) By changing the temperature and parameters of material properties,speed of the rotor components,the rotor system data under the actual status,and the working conditions,the reliability of the system has been abtained.3) Based on the relevant theory and the reliability calculation method,the reliability analysis formulations of the bolts are obtained.By inputing the results into the software,RAT2.0,the results of the static and fatigue reliabilities are obtained.The static and fatigue reliabilties are 0.999998 and 0.9999 respectively.
