The Application Research On Asphalt Chip Seal In Rural Concrete Pavement Reconstruction

The domestic and foreign research conclusion and the project practice indicated that the most basic means to transformate the cement road surface is change the original rigid pavement into the flexible foundation, and lays down flexible surface that conforms to the local transportation demand, specially the cement road in the countryside. But the traditional way to make the transformation of the old cement road had serious reflection crack problem, this paper use MHB to rubblization the original cement road. This way not only eliminate the reflection crack, but also could avoid the question that the tradition cement road appears, it's one kind of low production cost and practical plan to transformate the cement road.The main purpose of this study is to settle the actual problem of rural road reconstruction project, and the research method mainly considerates the rural low-cost research applications of modified asphalt gravel sealed layer technology. Through research of the performance of flexible base,intensity forming principle,Choose the pavement structure layer and intensity forming principle of asphalt chip seal and adaptability after rubblization, Point out the package which the asphalt chip seal applicability and typical pavement structure in rural concrete pavement reconstruction.On this basis, through analysis of asphalt chip seal closed road and waterproof mechanism,and pavement technical indicators and impact assessment after construction,It is proved that using rubblization and asphalt chip seal are very significant transformation of measures in economic and social benefits to rural concrete pavement reconstruction,so, It is worthy of promotion and application.
