Roadbed three structures'back fill is a very important aspect in highway industry, it will produce abutment jump, slope instability and other issues if a bad deal with. In particular, abutment jump is one of the most frequent quality problems encountered in highway construction. A lot of money was used to mend it every year. In order to look for an economical and reasonable treatment for it, the causes of abutment jump were studied in this paper. It is understood that the unequal settlement between abutment and approach embankment is the main cause of abutment jump. Combined with composite usage of industrial slag, a treat method was put forward that use lightweight material—high-flow pattern of fly ash mixture to backfill the approach embankment. Which can reduce the approach deadweight and ground additional stress. And to reduce ground settlement and the compression of backfill material. So that eliminate the unequal settlement between bridge abutment and the approach embankment. Avoid abutment jump. Finally put the results applied to the culvert backfill and retaining wall backfill to solve the problem of three structures'back fill.This article relies on research projects " key technologies of filled roadbed three structures'back with high-flow pattern of fly ash mixture in Zunbi highway in Guizhou Province Communications Department, through research about fly ash material properties and engineering characteristics in Qianbei power plant in Zunbei highway, then the preparation of high-flow pattern of fly ash mixture and research properties of engineering with experiment,and study on engineering properties. General purpose finiteANSYS is in the analysis. DP model is chosen to consider the non-linearity of soil, and then finite analysis of high-flow pattern of fly ash mixture the approach embankment is carried out. This paper proposed the optimized mixing design for high-flow pattern fly ash mixture, determined its technical parameter for road application, analyzed various factors that may influence these properties,discussed the design and construction techniques. It is provided that the scientific basis for the popularization application of this method.In this paper, previous research results, the preparation of a high flow of fly ash mixture, have a laboratory test and simulation analysis. It is proved that the unequal settlement can be reduced effectively through the method of backfill the approach embankment using high-flow pattern fly ash mixture. So as to avoid abutment jump. A new and feasible method to cure roadbed three structures'back fill was provided.
