CFRP(short for Carbon fiber-reinforced polymer)has great value of application in the engineering as a kind of material with high strength,resistance to fatigue,specially it's easy to construct in short periodicity,light weight and so on.Prestressed CFRP have more goodness,it not only has large strain before bearing force second time to make good strenghtening,but also because of the prestress can counterweight beginning load,reduce the deflection of the beam and the crack even more close,and restrict the crack,and bettermet the ability of beam.Existed tests study indicate,It can be easy and quick to prestress the CFRP in order to prestress the structure by the WSGG( wave-shaped-gear-grip ) anchoring CFRP in sevral points.Former tests of strenghening concrete beam strenghened it in the bottom of beam,so there is a goodness that CFRP is farest away from neutral axis.But in the real project there are many concrete beams with T section that the bottom of beam is narrow and there are much tight steel.Difficulty will appear if strenghening in the bottom.In order to deal with the problem we (1)a new strenghening way that anchor CFRP in the web of T-beam is designed,and a full size test is made.(2)This paper,makes two RC T-beams with full size of which on the two sides are strengthed by CFRP and WSGG.And the results indicate that it is feasible to anchor prestressed CFRP outside of the web of the beam,that not only get reliable prestress,but also can increase effect of strenghening.(3)According to the first test beam,the programme to strenghen is improved that just increase amount of mid-cfrp in the second beam.Test results indicate that the stenghening of second beam is better.And Mid and Edge-CFRP can work well by the strenghening way that can increase the utilization of CFRP in the limit state.(4)This paper,makes model for the test by the ABAQUS,and compare the result of calculation and test,and amends,completes the finite elemnet model of anchoring CFRP outside of beam by WSGG to strenghen.(5)Base on the calculation,the chief effect factors including distance of CFRP to bottom of beam,prestress,width of CFRP are considered to make new models to analyse,calculation results indicate that the factors are important.And the interacting of factors and optimization are talked.
