Study On The Coordination Of Residential Area Planning And Outdoor Environment Design In Northern Urban

Residential area planning and outdoor environment design is two important components in the process of construction of settlements, but for a long time they have their own way. Lacking of good coordination, so the environment of community only remains the virescence design of the landscape and doesn't substantially improve the quality of the area environment. But in the process of area design planning achieves the interaction between overall planning and design of the environment to get good coordination, and this has become the most urgent task of planners and landscapes, so the research of the coordination with practical application significance.This paper is divided into six chapters; first of all, the first chapter of the thesis defines the background and purpose of the research and explains the meaning of community planning, content, as well as outdoor environment and garden environment. Then the second chapter concludes on residential areas in the past time, and outdoor environment design theory, besides excavates the relevance relation of them in the content, planning and design principles, finds out the related elements of community planning, including architecture, the terrain, plants and roads. And the third chapter related to these elements as the break through point and makes a comparison of the two actual cases. One cake does worse in the coordination between area planning and environmental design. The other is that environmental design intervenes in area planning preliminarily, put them consider concordantly, the better coordination through their analysis and comparison to demonstrate the necessity of coordination of them and gets a series of issues, if they have a bad coordination don't coordinate well, including the layout of the structure is not systemic architectural layout and the contradictory of the environment of space, green, layout of the unreasonable and so on. Then the third chapter use maps and theories of landscape ecology to combine characteristics of the northern city to analyzed environmental planning and design of construction-related factors, such as terrain, green, wind, light, sound and other environmental factors and to resolve the issue appear in the last chapter in the meantime to propose a coordinated approach in architecture and green. First, it's to achieve interaction between architectural layout and environment layout. Second, we must splice area greenbelt system with external systems. Third, it's to combine features of the north city to create a good climate in the space environment.But obviously we can not solve the problem fully to start from the element of the local condition, so it researches the coordination between both of them at the overall structure of the area planning and environment design and also propose the appropriate way to coordinate it at chapter IV. Finally this chapter does a future demonstration about the research that takes Dalian area program as an example. And it suggests that outdoor area environment should intervene in area planning, and achieve the coordination of the design from factor and overall structure.
