At present,the vibratory mixing equipment of concrete is still in the stage of theoretical research,this paper mainly studied the theoretical analysis of concrete vibratory mixing methods and the research of related devices.This paper introduced the new concepts and new criteria of concrete mixing machinery;detailed analysis the micro-macro-factors of impacting the concrete mixture performance,and proposed measures to improve the concrete properties; starting with the propagation law of vibration waves in concrete,studied the effective dissemination range of several vibration exciter;using the orthogonal experiment studied several major mixing factors on the quality of concrete mixing,and studied the vibration parameters on the quality of concrete mixing;discussed the relationship between mixing water and vibration stirring;discussed the different processes of the vibration involved in mixing,obtained a better way of vibration and stirring combination method in theory,and then analysis on vibration parameters of the existing vibratory mixing methods,obtained a better way of mixing from the practical application,then discussed on the vibration frequency of vibratory mixing;proposed the application of chaotic vibration in the second vibration mixing of concrete;at last, classified the existing vibratory mixing methods.In this paper,the manly innovation is a propose,using chaotic vibration in the second of vibration mixing of concrete,the authors suggest that this is a high efficiency energy saving devices,it can produce concrete which meet the heterogeneous mixture of a macro and micro required,the article studied the feasible scheme of chaotic vibration application in the concrete,briefly introduced the Chaotic vibration;starting with the best vibration parameters of the existing vibratory mixing machinery, discussed on the vibration frequency of mixing,and analysis the better binding mode of vibration and stirring combination method is an innovative point too.Finally,this paper points out the direction of this study in the future. |
