Stiffness of pile-soil interface,a factor which is used in describing the character of interface,influenced the bearing capacity of pile importantly.Direct shear test,simple shear test and torsion shear test are commonly used in research of structure-soil interface,while,affected by disturbed sample,restraint condition and size effect,result of the above testing method deviate from the true value,and research of how to calculate the stiffness of interface is also inadequate.The author try to calculate the stiffness of pile-soil interface by the data from field pile load testing and build mathematic relationship of stiffness of pile-soil interface and its influencing factors.Following are details:first,ascertain that shear stiffness of pile-soil interface ks is the key one influencing the bearing capacity of pile compared with the normal stiffness of pile-soil interface kn through Simulating;second,work out the ks in several soil layer under differentτlevel;third,build the fitted formulas of ks andτ;fourth,build the fitted formulas of ks andτm;finally,offer a method to calculate ks by routine soil test data.
