In our country,concrete fitted steel tubular(CFST) arch bridge is a new technique accompanied with bridge construction recently,which are light deadweight,high strength and high resistance to deformation.It has solved two difficult of application and erection of high strength material in arch bridge.The CFST arch bridge has being developed quickly in our country.First of all,a brief review of the development of CFST arch bridge history, summary the application and development of CFST in bridge structure at home and abroad.Introduced the construction and the classification of CFST arch bridge,the current situation of CFST arch bridge and pointed out the development direction of CFST arch bridge in China.Secondly,introduced the construction of suspender use in CFST arch bridge,and then presented a suspender according to China's CFST arch bridge in the practical application of process problems,through the improvement of the traditional suspender, Liuzhou OVM Machinery Co.,Ltd(Liuzhou Construction Machinery Factory General) R&D and production OVMLZM series suspender arch dedicated.Fatigue is another reason to damage of suspenders,so,from the causes of fatigue,the formation and expansion of fatigue crack,as well as anti-fatigue design methods,introduced several aspects of the mechanism of fatigue failure suspender and then introduced the method to extend the fatigue life.Thirdly,static and dynamic behavior of suspenders is studied in this paper.Pointed out in the static design that the simply supported beam model is incorrect and model of continuous beam with elastic supports should be adopted is explained.Also,influence of shrinkage and creep of concrete on suspender is analyzed.In the dynamic design that influences of bridge vibration based on this study the suspender of the vortex-induced resonance,vibration and rain bridge vibration behavior of their power.Last,the use of a flexible continuous beam model to support the establishment through the ANSYS finite element model based on this analysis in a Constant and two dead loads various parameters on the influence of boom.
