With the development of the detection method and apparatus at home and abroad, the detection of the building envelopes heat transfer coefficient is becoming an important part of building energy conservation.Heat flow meter is the main method for detection to the building envelopes at the scene.Based on the formal research,works are done as follows:1.Based on the principle of thermocouple temperature measurement,Self-made thermopile heat flow meter is made by thermocouples series(thermopile) method,and made respectively in the way of electroplating and welding according to the analysis of substrate materials and the characteristic of thermocouple.The influence of parameters to heat flux probe is obtained with becomes a basical theory for making self-made thermopile heat flow meter.2.The coefficient of heat flux probe was measured by a dual heat-type thermal conductivity instrument.Linear fitting method is used for comparing the relationship of different materials and plating thickness to the coefficient,which express that this method for measurement is feasible.3.In order to verify the accuracy and the sensitivity of the first heat flow measurement,the heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope is detected at the spot.Pointing out that the self-made thermopile heat flow meter is still imperfect by comparing the result of test and calculation.And analysis is done of the additional thermal resistance to heat flow distribution.Some problems and precautions on detecting are put forward.
