High-temperature fume is used widely in the cement and metallurgical industry. According to the situation of high-temperature fume producing, and with the quality of coal varying in China, a technical route of ultra-high-temperature fume producing system was put forward, in order to expand the application area of High-temperature fume and develop a process system which is suit to inferior coal.Firstly, the design thought and composition of ultra-high-temperature fume producing system was studied..The key techniques was also summarized.Three of them were chose as study object of this paper.The reactive activity shoule be investigated first. Three kinds of coal sample from Huangshi were selected to do thermogravimetric analysis in CO2 atmosphere taking Datong coal as comparison. in the experiment of isothermal thermogravimetry, according to the carbon conversion and gasification ratio, the reactive activity of NO.1 coal was the best.In the non-isothermal thermogravimetry,the reacting kinetics parameters were worked out,they were 74.50kJ/mol,65.77kJ/mol and 59.76kJ/mol ,using Ozawa method to check, the result was 44.87kJ/mol .A calculation model should be formed to check the process'feasibility.A program based on materiel balance and heat balance was used to calculate.Taking NO.1 coal as design coal. The gasification index was calculated by the program, and the results were checked by anther program named Gasify,which has been tested and used in practical operation. The errors were acceptable, which pointed out that, the model was reasonable.
