| Because of the complexity of the components of the signal system of the railway,in particular the complexity of control circuitry,as well as the impact by the factors of using equipment and environment,the actual reasons that cause the faults are fuzzy and obvious random uncertainty and ambiguity,the fault diagnosis of signal devices in the railway station needs to be finished by intelligent analysis system.How to select a suitable model of complicated fault diagnosis and develop a realistic algorithm is a key problem of building the actual intelligent analysis system based on the principle of malfunction of signal devices in the railway station.This paper studied the" method of fault diagnosis of signal devices of the railway based on intelligent learning algorithm" combined with the actual research work on the project of Ministry of Railways "research of the related technology to raise the level of railway signal equipment——the intelligent analysis and fault diagnosis system of computer monitoring",which was led by my mentor.Firstly,the paper gave a depth analysis of the components of the railway signal devices system,the fault classification of the railway signal devices system and mechanism of fault based on the analysis of the present situation and development trend.And then,it put forward the failure mechanism analysis based on simulation technology of circuit logic,the method of fault diagnosis based on practical experience knowledge of expert, the method of the fault diagnosis and trend forecast analysis based on the analog monitoring data and the intelligent learning method of fault diagnosis,all of which were combined with the actual of fault diagnosis of signal devices of China's railway based on the research of the traditional methods of fault diagnosis,the method based on the signal processing,the method based on analytical model and the method based on knowledge.And the focal point is the in-depth analysis of the application of the intelligent C4.5 learning algorithm.Finally,it gave the software development,the simulation analysis and evaluation of examples of the complicated fault diagnosis base on this intelligent learning algorithm,which was based on the design requirements of the overall structure of the fault diagnosis of signal devices of the railway. |
