Nowadays, in China with the high-speed development of railway, the passenger dedicated line has become the focus of development. Based on the European train control system (ETCS), Chinese train control system which is consistent with the Chinese national conditions and railway conditions has already been researched and developed. Currently, the CTCS-3 which is used in the passenger dedicated lines and the high-speed new lines is being researched. In the train control system, the onboard equipment installed in the train is the critical equipment to ensure the trains safety and efficient operation working with the equipments on the ground.In this paper, the main research object is the automatic analysis and validation of the onboard equipment testing and a preliminary framework is built. The data from the DMI interface is got by dealing with and identified the DMI interface and the method of the automatic analysis and validation of the onboard equipment testing is designed. Above these, this paper has laid the foundation for the further identify the DMI interface and the automatic analysis and validation of the onboard equipment testing. The following are the main works:1. It makes out the process of the CTCS-3 onboard equipment testing;2. This paper uses MATLAB to deal with and identify the data from the DMI interface. Analysis of the DMI interface features: fixed location information; the same font and size; limited amount of information. Based on these characteristics of the DMI interface, the DMI interface is divided into three parts which are vehicle icons, numbers and letters as well as characters. In order to improve the rate of identification, the structural model and statistical model are used. The paper uses the improved word back method to cut the single Chinese font which imoroves the accuracy of the character segmentation;3. This paper uses the C++ Builder platform to builder the automatic analysis and validation of the onboard equipment testing platform and describes its functions. The automatic analysis and validation of the onboard equipment is executed by the automatic analysis and validation database and the last reports are given by the form of Excel sheet.4. This paper achieves the target that the MATLAB platform and C++ Builder platform are mixed. According to the anonymous pipe, the MALTAB executable program is called to deal with and identify the DMI interface in the C++ Builder platform, and then the results will be returned to the C++ Builder platform. In order to improve the efficiency, the middle transit file method is used to exchange the data between the two platforms.
