With sustained and rapid growth of the national economy,the railway's transport capacity has been far from satisfactory of national economic and social development demand,so it is urgent to develop high-speed railway which provides strong support for social development and economic development.With train speed been constantly raised on existing main lines and the construction of dedicated passenger lines,the high-speed railway of China is rapidly expanding.According to the experience of European Train Control System(ETCS),Chinese railway has proposed the Chinese Train Control System(CTCS).Nowadays,CTCS-2 has been adopted to upgrade the existing main lines,and the research and development of CTCS-3 is on tight schedule,So it is necessary to build a CTCS-3 simulation and testing platform for the evaluation of system design and system integration.The operation of high-speed train requires high performance train control system to guarantee the safety.It is necessary to establish the CTCS-3 simulation and testing platform for studying the working mechanism,verifying the design of the system and testing the key equipment.Computer Based Interlock(CBI) Simulation Subsystem is an important component of the platform and complete the following functions:executing the button control command from Station Centralized Traffic Control;route controlling; collection and controlling the state of signal and switch;sending route information to Radio Block Center(RBC),Station Centralized Traffic Control,Trackside equipment and Train Control Center;sending TPR to RBC;sending real-time status of station equipment to Station Centralized Traffic Control;etc.Nowadays,the development of Computer Based Interlocking Simulation Subsystem has been finished and the problem that how to efficiently generate the data of the subsystem is on tight schedule.This thesis,based on analysis of MapInfo basic database and in-depth understanding of data structure of CBI,provides an automatic data generation method based on Geographic Information System to solve the problem.This thesis,based on the in-depth analysis of computer based interlocking system data structure and MapInfo basic database,studied the automatic generation of line data and completed the design of platform using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0.The major achievements of this thesis include collation of MapInfo database, analysis of MapInfo graphic characteristics,identifying and converting of MapInfo basic graphics,analysis of interlocking station graphics characteristics,establishing and initialization of station nodes,building of track topology,generation of route table,and building of software platform.In addition,the existing interlocking program is modified to detecting data integrity and correctness.Currently,the Automatic Data Generation Tool of Microcomputer Interlocking Simulation System has successfully generated the data of Xuzhou East station. According to interlocking simulation program testing,the data integrity and correctness has achieved the design objectives.
