With the coming mature of the wind energy technology, wind power has becoming a significant mainstream generating technology for electricity system all over the world. Both the foreign and native researchers are exploring and researching in area of the power system integration of wind power, and they have drawn some conclusions. However, there are still some issues, such as the practical application of the wind farm model is not precise enough. So we need establish more precise and practical model of the wind farm.In this paper, Matlab is used as a modeling and simulation tool. First, on the basis of steady-state model including fixed-speed induction generator and double fed induction generator, the dynamic-state model of wind farm was established. Analysis and research selectively the variable-speed wind turbine control system of the doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG). Derivate the decoupling control principles of the DFIG rotor-side converter and grid-side converter. Through grid voltage vector orientation, the paper realized active power and reactive power decoupling control, which between grid and grid-side converter. The paper also gave us control models of rotor-side converter and grid-side converter.Second, simulations have been done on common induction generator and DFIG, and the result shows that DFIG has higher efficiency than common induction generator. At the same time, the result indicated correctness of the model. Integrated utilize all the functions of DDRTS, establishing wind farm model in DDRTS is completely possible.
