| Steel structure has an unparalleled advantage in the realization of large-span,it has been used more and more widely in areas such as the stadium construction, convention and exhibition buildings, hangars, railway stations and science and technology museum.With the progress of engineering and technology,large-span spatial structures with new forms and systems frequently developed by civil engineers.It sets a higher request to increase the size of the span,thus, the design of these structure is of a more demands.In recent years, with rapid development of urban and infrastructure in Ningxia ,a number of steel works are appearing.However, the capacity of the steel structure design and construction is relatively weak in Ningxia,there is some unreasonable phenomena of structural systems in design of steel structure,and it is relatively conservative.Because of unreasonable phenomena in steel structure design,on the one hand,it will waste materials.On the other hand,it will create security risks. Therefore,it is urgent to research the economical steel consumption and seismic behaviors study of steel roofs to achieve the goals of economic, saving and security.This paper does some research of the economical steel consumption and seismic behaviors study of steel roof structures,I mainly carry out the following works:(1)According to the climate, environmental conditions as well as the seismic fortification levels of Ningxia region, create steel roof models of different spans of H-shaped steel, trusswork, grid structure, arch, cable-held structure, calculate the volume of steel per square meter in the circumstances of light roof and heavy roof.(2)Comparative analysis of the results in terms of steel, and deduce derive the recommended value of the economical steel consumption and seismic behaviors study of large-span steel roof in the condition of different structural forms and different spans in Ningxia.(3)For the span of 60m of different light steel roof structures, mainly trusswork, grid structure, arch,cable-held structure, by changing the horizontal stiffness of their constraints, calculate the anti-force of constraints, the natural frequencies, the displacement and the internal force in the condition of dynamic and static and then carry out a comparative analysis of the results to study the seismic behaviors in order to select a reasonable proposal in practical engineering design of the roof structures.In the end, feasibility advice for structural design is taken by analysis and research for the linked projects in Ningxia region. |
