| Steel structure was strengthened by fiber reinforced plastics(FRP), which make up for the lack of external ways by augmenting section, increase bearing capacity of structure and the section and deadweight are not increased.If we want to make this compound reinforcement method to obtain the widespread application in the project, it must guarantee that FRP and the steel plate caking has the good bonding properties, and the limit supporting capacity of the reinforced component is bigger than the compound materials peeling supporting capacity.This article plan to research that elastic analysis about uniform thickness metal plate by gluing CFRP and analyse avulsion the cementation stress of reinforced metal by gluing CFRP through stress analysis about CFRP reinforcement steel work in the research material foundation.The analysis used the break mechanics analysis model, proposed the caking intensity formula and the effective length computation theoretical formula.This article plan to analyse bended steel girder through gluing CFRP and GFRP in the basis of understanding basic performance about the steel structure reinforced by gluing FRP. Compare changing situation about deflection and the strain different development in the same stress and appraise glues the FRP cloth whether can improve the steel girder stress performance effectively. At the time, observe the FRP cloth whether there is strip the destruction phenomenon in the steel girder elastic scope. |
