| Biomass is a renewable and abundant energy, as an alternative energy, it can achieve zero emission of CO2, and the low content of S, N, which also can greatly reduce the greenhouse effect and environmental pollution. Biomass gasification technology, a new technology of transfering biomass fuel to clean energy has received great attention from governments and researchers around the world. At present, it exists three problems of biomass gasification technology and the using process of gas: firstly, the heat value produced by gas is very low, generally lower than 7000kJ/m3; secondly, much tar remains in the gas during the process of operation, which not only affects the normal operation of gasifier and the transmission, storage and use of gas, but also wastes large amount of energy and resources; thirdly, after the biomass gasification reaction, residual carbon content of tailings is still high, which not only causes a high cost of treatment and disposal, but also wastes resources.Focusing on these,this paper researched the impacting factors of biomass gasification from three aspects, including the properties of biomass, operating conditions of gasification process and the equipment structure. Following, by analyzing four kinds of gasification as well as the relationship between each other, by air gasification reasonally calculated the main performance parameters of internal combustion type heating biomass gasifier when working (air-water vapor gasification plus partial of gas reflux combustion) step by step. Then, an inner rotary mechanism, a snake pipe internal combustion heat exchanger device, feeding mechanism, gas purification system, atomization humidifying device and the overall structure of gasifier were designed in detail according to the principle of internal combustion type heating biomass gasifier gasification. Finally, from two aspects of real-time monitoring and analysis of the product, an operating control system of the internal combustion type heating biomass gasifier was designed. |
