Environmental protection and energy are well-focused in nowadays.Electric Vehicles have the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,and low emission. Therefore,the development of Electric Vehicles are the international development of the main automotive direction for energy saving and environmental protection.Hybrid Electric Vehicle is a combination of the internal combustion engines and motor with new technology,which can save fuel and reduce emission. In this paper,we design vehicle control strategy and simulate on ISG HEV.First of all,design and model on overall layout of Hybrid Electric Vehicle. Select parameters of the engine,motor,and energy resource according to pre-made design,as well as match parameters of the components,predict and analyse the vehicle performance.Secondly,design and simulate on energy management control strategy.Introduce the design methods of various control methods,including design and simulation on logical threshold control strategy and fuzzy logic control strategy according to vehicle design requirements in the ADVISOR software,which simulation results can meet the design requirement.Finally,optimize the parameters of the vehicle using the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm,including the powertrain system design parameters and control strategy parameters of threshold and the fuzzy membership function, respectively.Fuel economy of vehicle has significantly improved from the optimization results.
