With the rapid development of highways in our country, bridge construction has come in the upsurge period hitherto unknown. Pre-stressed concrete continuous beam bridge and rigid frame bridge are those of the most widely prevailing bridge types in engineering practice. They are usually constructed by the balanced cantilever method. Because of the influence of variety of faceors during the construction period, the calculated stress doesn't display the condition of the real structure stress properly, and thereby the undiscovered danger leads to the quality of the engingeering construction. Based on the test data of construction monitoring in the bridge of Huai'an Tianjin road and draw lessons from predecessor reseach production, the mechanical behavior analysis of construction phase in prestressed concrete continuous bridge is made in this paper by means of analyzing the mechanical behavior analysis theory and experimental research state of construction phase in prestressed concrete continuous bridge in our country.(1) According to the applicable design code of highway bridge and specific research achievement, the prestressing lost of this bridge during the construction period were calculated, and got very satisfied results. This means it is very important to estimates and calculates the prestressing lost reasonablely.(2) Emulation analysis research is made in construction phase of concrete continuous bridge. Numerical simulation analysis is made in construction phase of continuous bridge by means of MIDAS/Civil finite element analysis software, and gets the control section's stress of very construction condition.(3) According to the actual situation, the control section's stress was be continuous monitoring at the cantilever construction phase, and compared with the results of the calculation. At end, the stree results of measurement and calculate are in good agreement, this means Numerical simulation analysis made in construction phase is accuracy; the stress monitor in construction phase is successful.
