Distributed generation is a brand-new and promising technology to generate electricity and utilize power comprehensively. Distributed generation including internal combustion engines, micro-turbines, fuel cells, solar photovoltaic cells and wind power, and so on, the capacity of them are about a few dozen kilowatts to megawatts. The fuel cell power generation with clean, efficient, short construction time, modular, and other advantages, so it is very competitive. Fuel cells have a broad range of applications, it can be applied to focus on power generation, can also be used as a variety of scattered power and mobile power supply. With the power generation technology research advance in fuel cell, it will be more widely used.An appropriate dynamic fuel cell(FC) model plays an important part in the study of the distributed generation(DG) technology. On the basis of the current model, the nonlinear of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) and solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) system steady state model that are suitable for control study are improved in this paper, they take into account the impacts of the fuel utilization and various reactant's over time pressure, and their simulations are implemented by the Visual C++ platform software. Application of the model, the voltage-current curves and power-current curves and voltage transient characteristics are gained. And on the basis of the model, application of cell efficiency and power generation of economic analysis that the general control of fuel utilization in the 0.7-0.9 range is better. The fuel cell's control strategy in the grid is depicted in detail. Among the DG system's calculation of the tidal current, we can regard the fuel cell's connected grid node as a PV node.Finally, in allusion to the characteristics of distributed generation system, in accordance with the IEC61970 standard, and in the light of existing hydropower plant and cogeneration power plant Common Information Model(CIM), the fuel cell power plant's CIM model which is suitable for distributed generation system is established...
