With the widespread application of the flexible manufacture system in the production manufacturing area, the research on flexible job shop scheduling methods gradually has been becoming a top issue. Aiming at the universal deficiencies of the current scheduling methods, for example, the calculating process is too complicated, the counting efficiency is unduly influenced by the system size, the application of these methods is deviated from real production demands because of excessive assumed conditions, a model of flexible scheduling methods with Multi-objective in Job Shop based on combinatorial rule has been established, in order to improve the production scheduling management of the flexible job shop.At first, the present researches of the job shop scheduling methods were analyzed, and the aspects and key points which need to be improved currently were cleared. Some optimization performance indices of scheduling were analyzed and categorized according to their measurement styles and characteristics. Then a comprehensive performance index system for the evaluation of scheduling scheme was established; According to the characteristics of flexible job shop scheduling problem, the application pattern of two-layer combinatorial rules, which was suitable for the flexible job shop scheduling, was established based on the improvement of several scheduling precedence rules. A model of flexible scheduling methods with multi-objective in job shop was established based on the above application pattern. The efficiency of job shop scheduling method was improved effectively with the advantages of the scheduling priority rule algorithm, such as simplicity and easiness to realize. Finally, the application pattern of the method was researched to resolve different scheduling problems, and the practicability and validity of the method were proved by an imitated instance.
