| The partial emission pump mainly used as liquid fuel pump in aviation and aerospace industry in early days.As its performance predominace in low- spacific-speed pumps,it become serving in public industry gradually.The partial emission pump research focused on performance test of very hight speed pump in early days.with the partial emission served in fire field,as its huge variety of rotate speed,there is even no public report about systemic research of performance.As there is a great differecne of configuration between patial emission pump and general centrifugal pump,its iner flow is more complex.While dezigning,we always choose parameter by experience,besides,using prevalent CFD software on partial emission pump is not always available.The research subject will develop by predicting performance of numerical simulation and meliorating configuration.Firstly,research the inner flow and performance predicting by difference ways of numerical simulation.The research based on the difference numerical simulation contrasts of veracity of exterior performance and the distributing result of static pressure at wall,and analyzing the inner flows.Secondly,explain two kinds of methods on configurable optimization of partial emission pump.1.A numerical analysis of the entire flow field and performance pre-evaluation was conducted between two different volute pump models,thereby,carry the configurable optimization's point.2.Combining with Empirical formula,establish hydraulic loss equations and calculate them,and optimize configuration by the result in order to fulfil the need of exterior performance of partial emission pump.Lastly,discuss the results,in search of the important guideline of influence about exterior performance,and make suggestions on partial emissiom pump public using, especial,it work as fire pump.All the result show that the analysis is very important and available to investigate the inner flow,improve the performance,reduce the hydraulic loss,etc. |
