Based on the Hangzhou Jiangdong Bridge--Qianjiang Ninth Bridge (self-anchored suspension bridge) 's girder, which is constructed by the incremental launching method (non-stress body alignment beam for vertical curvature curve) , applying major finite element software ANSYS, based on research results of Changsha University of Science and Technology of Jiangdong Bridge Task group , and analysis girder characteristics of the process of pushing the construction of steel box. based on shell theory, studied the impact of the stress characteristics of the main beam of the relevant parameters, for not timely or inconvenience to do partial analysis using the boundary conditions from the overall analysis, by simplifying the boundary conditions on the form of a simple mechanical beam partial body analysis, it is demonstrated that the crucial technology of incremental launching steel box girder raised by Changsha University of Science and Technology of Jiangdong Bridge Task group .Completed the major work of this paper is as follows:⑴Based on the jiangdong Bridge monitoring study group ,to emulate analysis the incremental launching jiangdong Bridge construction process , through a "one-drop-frame" and "forced displacement" thinking to meet the needs of multi-segment curve incremental launching the special requirements of process;⑵Expound the stress characteristics of steel box girder and analysis method, and ANSYS software shell63 introduce the characteristics of shell element;⑶In connection with structure that put specially designed rubber under the slide, and derived the computing formula of steel box and the slide for calculating the force;⑷Applying orthogonal experimental design method, analysis the various factors of influencing the stress of the steel box girder, and takes the stress results of the hybrid modeling method for the target, the boundary conditions and the selection of beam test analysis done, jiangdong determine partial analysis of steel box girder bridge model size and boundary conditions;⑸To consideration mainly the influence of bearing reaction of temporary piers and the corner of steel box steel box girder displacement affecting the impact of stress, in a number of conditions typical of steel box girder bridge jiangdong do local stress analysis, and analysis the size of slide path of the impact of the steel box ,then to determine a reasonable width; ⑹Expound the main monitoring methods, control techniques and standards which is suggested by Changsha University of Science and Technology of Jiangdong Bridge Task group.
