This paper takes the photovoltaic system as an example, researchs the problems ?chaotic oscillation and islanding phenomenon, which may occur when photovoltaic(PV)system interconnected to the grid. Referring to chaotic oscillation problem, an tracking controller which can make the grid's voltage tracked by the chaotic current quickly is designed based on feedback linearization method in order to realize grid?connected run.Moreover,the islanding phenomenon grid?connected run mode brings has hazards to load, inverter and life safety. So, all grid?connected inverters should have the ability of detecting islanding status and stopping the run mode of grid?connect; Chaos detection system is based on over/under voltage protection (OVP /UVP)principle. This detecte method can rapidly and precisly realize grid-connected PV system's island detection. The advandage of this method is fast detection and small blind spot. Grid-connected photovoltaic generation and Chaos detection system model has been built and simulated which comfirmed the validaty and feasibility of Chaos islanding detecting method.
