In order to reduce the losses of devices, and enhance the frequency of power supply, this paper chooses series resonance load and uses MOSFET based on the analysis and comparison between the parallel connection and in series, and advance the technique of using time-sharing control method to realize the MOSFET solid-state high frequency induction heating supply. Because some merits such as the higher speed of switch, MOSFET adapts to do as high frequency power much more. At the same time, this paper analyses the turn on and off of MOSFET, and gets the losses of the MOSFET device in time-sharing and parallel separately by the theory computing. Besides, this paper does simulation analysis and testes on the resonance switching devices in series in the two time-sharing and three time-sharing control methods separately. The results prove the losses of devices in time-sharing lower than in parallel control. Based on it, this paper does design and research, whose main results as following :(1) designed the two time-sharing and the three time-sharing hardware circuit, and did the debugging;(2) designed the sample machine of two time-sharing 3kW/800kHz MOSFET induction heating supply, and given the result of debugging, and summarized the experience of the design and the debugging in the end.
